ViralLink.org respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (DMCA), we will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement.
1. Notice of Copyright Infringement
If you are a copyright owner or an agent thereof and believe that any content hosted on our platform infringes upon your copyrights, you may submit a notification pursuant to the DMCA by providing our Copyright Agent with the following information in writing:
- A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing (Watch URLs).
- Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact you (Email, Address).
- A statement that you have a "good faith belief" that use of the material is not authorized.
2. Content Removal Procedure
Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we reserve the right to remove or disable access to the infringing material. For faster processing, please use our dedicated Content Removal Portal.
3. Zero Tolerance & Illegal Content
Please note that we have a strict zero-tolerance policy regarding illegal content. Any reports involving Child Safety violations are reported to NCMEC and international law enforcement immediately.
